As you complete the seven core courses, you’ll take and pass the corresponding exams for each course.

An AI Certification Tailored for Association Professionals

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to take the new courses if I already started the old program?

No. If you enrolled before April 10, 2026, you can complete the original pathway.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes. You will receive a certificate for each course completed in the AAiP program. Once all requirements are met, you will receive your AAiP certification.

Can I switch from the old program to the new pathway?

Users who were enrolled in the original courses prior to the launch will have the flexibility to choose the path that works best for them:

  • Continue with the existing AAIP course track if you’re already in progress
  • Start fresh with the newly updated AAIP courses to take advantage of the latest content and enhancements

There’s no interruption to your current progress—just more options to support your learning journey.

How do I maintain my certification after earning it?

You’ll need to complete ongoing learning requirements each year.
